Micheal DiPaolo We are very pleased to welcome Michael to Backstage this year.  He has been teaching Hip Hop in the Guelph area for many years.  He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and ability, as well as an upbeat and positive approach.  He will be teaching all of our competitive and recreational hip hop dancers, who are sure to benefit from his teaching. Emma Windl Emma is our Acro teacher for recreational and competitive students.  She has been dancing for 15 years and teaching at ConfiDance in Kitchener for the past 3 years, as well as Hit The Beat in Owen Sound.  She is pleased to have an opportunity to work with and teach our Backstage students. Hilary Toth One of the joys of teaching is to watch the progress of a student, who joins us when she is three or four-years-old, who works hard over the years, and who becomes an accomplished dancer and teacher herself.  Hilary is one those people.  She teaches ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop.  As an English major at the University of Guelph, Hilary is a terrific role model, showing students what they can achieve when they work hard at dance and at school.  One of our mottos is for students to let their stars shine on stage and off.  Hilary’s star shines bright. Elona Finlay Elona loves being part of the performance art world.  She has danced at Backstage from its inception, and she danced competively while attending University.  We have treasured watching Elona become a wonderful dancer and teacher, and also seeing her academic successes.  In addition to these achievements, Elona is a gifted actress and singer. She is truly a well-rounded person and performer.  We are happy to have her as one of our teachers. Sheila Webster Coleta Patey
