FUNDRAISING

We had an extremely successful year last season. Lynne Friel organized ongoing BBQ’s and Pizza Days that were a huge hit! As well, our Elmira Chicken and MacMillan’s campaigns were terrific. All monies raised are split 50/50 between the committee and the individual.

Last year we were able to provide our team with garment bags, jewelry, shorts, tshirts etc...all in a recycled, reusable exclusive cloth Backstage bag. The jewelry is part of the competition costume that the fund-raising committee purchased for each
dancer.

McGregor Poultry Fundraiser Fall '09

The Backstage Fundraising committee has teamed up with McGregor Poultry for our first fundraising venture for 2008/09!   Attached is your order sheet with details of all products available for sale.   It is as easy as…..

1. Please keep track of your sales on a separate sheet and submit only the master order form that is attached.

2. All forms must be submitted NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 16th!
   

3. If people wish to pay by cheque, have them make it payable to you.  Please submit only one cheque for the entire amount of your order (or combo of cash & cheque) made out to “Backstage Fundraising”
   
   
4. These are frozen products which are perishable so it is very important that you pick up your product at BACKSTAGE on FRIDAY OCTOBER 30th  between 5:30  - 6:30.  To ensure optimum safety, product must be returned to a freezer or delivered immediately after pick up!!
   
   If you’ve never tried Macgregors, you won’t be disappointed.  Great product at great prices!  Your personal rebate is $5/box sold (except shrimp, hotdogs and meatballs $2.50/box).  If you have any questions, please speak to someone in the office.

2009 Fundraising Activities

Here are the following fundraisers we will be participating in this year.

1.  McGregor Chicken-  The chicken will be delivered on Friday, November 9th.

2. We are collecting ZEHRS tapes for a competitive team fundraiser.  They can be handed in at the office
